All customer should be important

I work in the Greenacres shopping centre. Went to Mugg & Bean to order a takeaway coffee, while placing the order with the waiter one of the managers (Rudy) shouts at him to leave me and go to a table because they were there first. He had no choice but to walk away from me, however whiles walking away me he tells the manager what my order was. At this point no one tells me whats going on, I'm just standing at the door like an. The waiter is helping the table he was sent to and the Manager doing nothing. I tell the hostess that they can bring me my coffee. After ten minutes still nothing, went back and no order was ever placed. Is it because I was in uniform that I don't matter, its not like I'm getting any discount. All customers matter, you should at least tell your customer what is going on. Not happy with the service
