Mugg And Bean
Bad service

Me and my friend wanted to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and muffin at mugg and bean. We sat down at a table and after 10 min had to ask a waiter - interupting her and another waitress over a fighting discussion to please bring us menus... we sat near one of the tills where all of them were standing so don't know how unnoticable we were... but then nearly another 10 minutes passed without anyone coming to take our order . eventually a waitress asked if we have been helped we said no so she asks one of the other waitresses to assist and her comment... "it's not my table I have a table"... so still no one wanted to help or assist us by taking our order instead they walk with their hands in their pockets and fight infront of customers they take forever to clear dirty tables it just stands their on the tables... its like they just dont care.

after nearly 20-30 minutes without any service we stood up and left.
