Poor Customer Service/Bad Attitude from Manage

I want to start by saying that I love going to Mug and Bean, however yesterday 16 January 2013 myself and a friend went there for a cuppuchino/latte and muffins. We ordered from the waiter after we got seated but we were never told that the coffee machine is being cleaned... in fact the waiter was silent on this! After 30 minutes I enquired about my order from waiter and was then told for first time that the coffee machine was not operational due to it being cleaned... but the waiter assured me that the order will be delivered within the next 10 minutes... well after another 20 minutes I approached the manager cause I really do not think that the way I was being treated was fair!

Well, the attitude/ sarcasm I experienced once I approached the Manager was unacceptable! It was clear that he was not interested in my problem... in fact he asked me what is it that I wanted him to do... I really got upset!

My point, and please tell me if I am wrong - if the doors are open and customers are walking in and out, it means the coffee shop is in operation, right? quite frankly the cleaning of the coffee machine is something to be attended to after hours, right?

I ended up leaving!
