Mugg And Bean
4 Waiters No service?

Me and my friend went to Mugg and Bean in Menlyn Mall on Friday the 17th January 2014 and we were handled very good and we would like to say especially thank you to the Manager Praveen for making us feel welcome.

Unfortunately we went back there on Saterday 18th January 2014 and we came there the waiter at the door took us to the table and on the way handed us over to another waiter. ( This makes for 2 waiters). we were given our menus and order some drinks. The drinks were served by another waiter.

After a wile we wanted to order something to eat and it took us 30 min to get the waiters attention to ask that they send us our waiter. No one there had any idea who our waiters= was, so they send again a new waiter to our table.

We only order a bowl of chips and this took them 45 min to bring to us and the food was cold when it arrived.

We also waited for our bill.

At the end it was not as pleasant as the day before.
