Mugg And Bean
BAD SERVICE - VERY BAD

Usually I phone Mugg and Bean and place my order and i tell them i will come pick my coffee up in 5-10 minutes. usually this works, i go there get my coffee, pay and leave, but on Wednesday when i got there a bus has stopped there and only two waiters on the floor. after 5 minutes of waiting to be helped i called a waiter and asked where my coffee is, where she asked the floor manager who didn't know where it was, but was to concerned over the bus full of people and the lady just went on to help the people and still no coffee, after 5 minutes i just turned around and leaved because the services was just pathetic. the reason I phone is so that I don't have to wait when I come at Mugg and Bean, but looks like the bus full of people was just more important than my order placed 20 minutes before they got there. bad service - very bad!
