Bad service

Hi was at Johannesburg zoo on the 25 of decemebr2013, got the worst service ever frm one of the cafe fino waitresses. Fisrt we had to wait for more dan 10 minutes for assistance we had to call the waitress ourselves she came and told us we must be quick cause she is knocking of in minutes she never introduced herself. We waited for half n our for our order to come only to find that she ordered wrong things for us and the food was cold as ever and her attitude was ugly as well.never knew there was still ugly service
