Terrible service and even worse food

Two weeks ago my company decided to have our year end function at Roma. WHAT a disappointing night. not only was our food late (almost 2 hours), it was cold and cafeteria-like. not at all fine dining. in addition, the waiter was pathetic, I have been to smaller restaurants were service was outstanding. I shouldn't have my food just thrown toward me. it was very disrespectful. every time we asked the waiter how long more, the only response was 'just now '. terrible food, terrible service, will definitely discourage people from going there.
