Bad service

Yesterday afternoon 18 December 2013 me and my fiance? e went to your branch in Kemp ton park station to buy the Street wise 5 with chips, we got there the queues were so long, and we waited for about -20 to be assisted by the cashier, eventually when got there bought our stuff we got home only to discover the chicken was burned, and the oil was literally dripping out of the paper bag it even stained my husband trouser tried to phone your call centre but I got cut off because of my airtime being exhausted anyway we ended up eating the burned chicken because we were starving to death, we were so angry because of the poor service we received from KFC and it's not the first time, it's the second time this year we received bad service from one of your branches, My suggestions is please hire a cook or cooks that actually know how to cook because the last thing we need as customers is to crave something buy it, and not be able to enjoy it, we work very hard for our money so give us the opportunity to enjoy it by giving us great service
