Debonairs Pizza
Was asked to collect my delivery

I called Debonairs one cold rainy winter night to order some pizzas for delivery, obviously I did not want to go out! I placed the order and was told it would be there in 20 min. Not 2 minutes later I received a phonecall from the driver asking me please to come and collect because he didn't know where my house was. I explained that the reason I was ordering delivery is because I didn't want to collect and asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager what had happened only to hear her screaming at the driver in the background! She assured me it would be there in 20 min. I then received a call about 30min later from the driver saying he cant find me can I please meet him! I was hungry and annoyed so I agreed to meet at x in 2 min. When I got there he was not there but rather driving around looking for my house. Needless to say the pizza was great.
I ordered again about 2 weeks later only to be told the same thing by the driver!!! If butlers pizza and st elmos can find my house, why is it that YOU cant!!!
I am basically at a loss cos I love your pizzas but feel I can only eat them if I collect. How hard is it to get it right???
