I ordered two real deal Pizzas at Debonairs for delivery and I spoke to a guy, I cannot remember his name, he took all my details down and promised my pizzas will be delivered within 40minutes to an hour, an hour and a half later my pizzas were still not delivered. I asked to speak to the manager Dumi or Dumo as he introduced himself and I insisted I want my Pizzas and for the inconvenience they caused me, I wasnt going to pay for them. Dumo says to me that I had to pay for them... excuse you... someone neglected to put my order on the system, how is that my Problem???!!..It is rather ridiculous that the manager at the store tells me that they cannot fight anything they canNOT see on their systems... so what exactly are they saying... I go around phoning fast food places just to get a free meal??..this is not the first time this has happened by the way... AND I THOUGHT LET ME GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE... Big Mistake...
