Very VERY unprofessional service from debonairs

I ordered 3 real deal pizzas from debonairs today at 1:17pm and the confirmation said the order would arrive at 1:47pm i was satisfied with the confirmation but 1:47 came and went so i called debonairs at about 2:25pm and the manager said the driver is on his way. but the driver only arrived at about 2:45 and when the driver arrived i told him that the order is supposed to be free but he just stood there and said nothing so i called the manager again and said that the driver doesn't want to accept that the order is free, she then said the order isn't free because they had technical difficulties and the order only reflected at 2:25pm (even though i got an sms saying they recieved the order) so then i told her that it isn't my fault that the order was delayed and she said the order isn't free if it didn't arrive in 40 minutes but it clearly says on debonairs website that the order is free if not received in 40 minutes. In the end i paid the driver and he walked away with my change and i didn't get a free order even though it was an hour late. If a company makes a policy for free orders they have to commit to it and debonairs didn't so they just blamed their technical team.
