Debonairs Pizza
Bad attitude from manager Mike

We ordered pizza's from Debonairs Centurion Lifestyle earlier, After a hour plus the driver pitched up and on handing it over the Quality promise dot's was black I pointed this out to the driver and he told me to open the boxes and feel the pizzas as they are hot, I then asked him why they then had a quality promise and he ignored me. We phoned the store manager Mr. Mike and was rudely informed that we must look outside as it is raining and he then put the phone down. I again ask why do Debonairs offer there "promise" if they do not stand by it, is it only a advertisement trick or only applicable when it suits them (when its not raining..)?
