KFC
Customer not priority

We went to the KFC now and ordered two streetwise 3's and 2 streetwise 2's. The cashier and the manager refused to give us the pieces we wanted - all of the KFC's that I've been to do give it. I hate it when a 'manager' quotes 'policy' - that is not the customers' problem. ESPECIALLY when it is said in a it-is-policy-I-don't-care-about-the-customer attitude! We drove on and they had the cheek to laugh. Customer obsession makes/breaks a company. Won't be going back there.
