Dirty chicken sold to unsuspecting customers

It was on the 21-01-2014 at around 16H00 in Vosloorus Gold Spot KFC i was on the queue to buy myself a streetwise 2.A certain lady was buying six pieces of chicken and it fell on the floor. Thulane, the manager was looking on, and the cashier, Nosisi, never threw it in the bin or put it elsewhere to show she had intentions of throwing it out. She then placed the dirty box containing the dirty pieces on the counter ready to sell to the next customer.unfortunately for her i was focusing on that box as it was my turn to buy.i looked on as she served me with the very same pieces of chicken that have fallen down.

I refused to take it, asked them what do they take us for or just because of our colour. They are disrespecting us and taking us for granted. I asked for the manager's name because he had no name-tag on.while the lady. I was Angry, furious and Disappointed and they thought i was joking. My question is do they know about hygiene standards that they must follow in this regard. Would they accept such service??? i sure don't.
