POOR SERVICE EVER!!!

On Thursday I went to KFC in Dobsonville to buy the streetwise feast meal and the cashier after processing the order told me that they didn't have mini loafs that comes with the meal.
When I asked why she didn't tell me before placing an order, she proudly told me that it's no difference because the six pieces it's the same price as the streetwise feast. "Dah! If I wanted the six pieces I would have bought said."
I was so and didn't even check my order, when I got home. To my surprise she did not include the mash and gravy on my order pathetic.
I personally feel like they (both with her manager) disrespect us just because we are black people and that black people don't usually complain they understand, reason why I'm saying this it's because she also did the same thing to the other lady that I was before me.
