Terrible Service as well as not trained properly!

I logged an official complaint with the KFC helpline about a month ago. Ref number: P4/13/3190
I have bought at this specific KFC store a few times and always order the same thing: streetwise 2.
Every time I order this particular meal at this store, the most amount of chips I get is 6 chips! This is unacceptable.
I have spoken to the store assistant manager, and according to him it it company policy to get between 6 and 8 chips with a streetwise 2.
Upon phoning the complaint line I was advised that this is not correct and the meal should come with a small chips.
I received a call back from the store after the complaint was logged, and the manager insisted that it is company policy to only give between 6 and 8 chips with this meal. I told the manager what the complaint line said, and I insisted he checks his facts and get back to me.
It has now been about two weeks and I am still waiting for feedback! This is unacceptable!
In the time that has passed I have bought this same meal from a different store, and I have received more than 8 chips.
I want this matter resolved and insist I do not want to speak to the assistant manager at the store again, as he is extremely rude!
