This evening at 21h07, I pulled up at the drive through window at KFC Halt road, Elsies river. I told the cashier "Hi, may I have a Streetwise 5 please." to which she just replied, "Daar's n 6 minuut wag vir die hoender. Taking 5 seconds to consider as I had an engagement, I said it was fine. I handed over my debit card and after the transaction she told me to wait in the parking bays as they would bring it to me, which I did.

After waiting almost 10min I decided to go inside to the counter and explained to the cashier there that I was almost waiting 10min, after being told it would take 6min. She took a walk to the back and told me I should wait another 15min. I said that I did not have the time, it was unacceptable and wanted to speak to the manager.

The manager arrived, also went to the back and was not seen again. The 2nd cashier came back and told me that the 1st cashier did not send through the order as I was a waiting customer. She offered me 8 wings and chips, instead of the Streetwise 5, which I refused to accept and requested my charge reversed. The second cashier then brought back my money.

I believe from start it was misleading and overall very bad service.
