Unethical behavio

Firstly I went in to buy a streetwise 1 & was told by the cashier it was not available for that day since they had more small chicken pieces than big pieces, & it was not the first time being refused a streetwise 1 at that same outlet. Secondly that cashier charged my bill with R6 for that 'add hope' thing they are driving & did not even have the decency to ask me if I would like to donate. Only saw it on my slip when I got to work & when I phone them to report this matter I was only told to come & fetch my R6
