I ordered a Hawaian Burger without garnish, at the person standing in the drive thru, taking orders. he told the kitchen staff that the burger must be without garnish... I came to the window to pay, the lady wasnt very friendly, but I asked her whether the burger is without garnish, she told me yes... I then got my order, drove home, and upon returning home I discovered that they indeed put garnish on, and the burger's container was very soggy. It's not the first time that I dont get my order according to specification at KFC Secunda East, and last time when I complained on the customer care line, on 13 July 2012, the store later phoned me and promised me that they would mail me a R20 voucher... To date I have not received anything as such. The new KFC Secunda Village is so much better, in terms of very fast service, friendly staff, and orders being given correctly. Secunda East really can learn one or two things from the new Secunda Village store
