When will KFC service improve?

This saddens me that I have to log another complaint for KFC. I have received such good service after my previous complaint, now this.
On Monday I went to KFC in Durbanville for lunch at around 14:00. Now, naturally we do not have a lot of time. We took the drive-through. Our order was as follows:
1. Sweet Chilli twister meal (Medium) Coke, no ice.
2. Colonel Burger meal plain with extra Cheese (Medium) Coke no ice.
3. 4 Zinger wings
This order was to complicated to gather. It took the whole staff on duty to assemble this order. After screaming back and forth that the burger needs to have no garnish... we got our meal. Naturally we double checked the order, after waiting such a long time for the food and hearing the chaos inside the sore. Everything looked in order...

When getting back to work, I discovered that my Twister that cost R39.90 only had the sauce and the chicken, no garnish. You made me pay R39.90 for that?!

If that wasn't enough, there was no condiments...
