Order not according to specification

I ordered a take away order telephonically, 1 Rib burger withouth garnish, and 1 Sauce burger (crumbed chicken patty) with cheese sauce. When I returned home, and opened the boxes, the Rib burger had garnish on and the so called Sauce burger was only a plain crumbed chicken burger, and I didnt feel like driving approx 6km again to correct it. The order effectively cost me R146, so I find it quite unacceptable for this quite material order to be wrong.

I must compliment the staff though, they are all very friendly and willing to help you when you walk in there, which is a large improvement from this Spur's service in the past (when it was still in its previous location)
