Steers Burger without sauce

Tonight at approximately 20h30 local time I ordered a Steers Burger, without garnish (as I always do, because I don't like garnish on a burger). I received the burger without garnish, as specified, but it also didn't have any sauce on it. I got some BBQ sauce with my chips, and tried to put it on, but it wasn't the same, as it was still very dry, so technically it was a waste of R24 (if I'm not mistaken).

I must add however that, despite m order not given exactly according to my specification, I can't complain about the general service of the branch, as the cashier was very friendly, and I received my order (which consisted of 3 items) within 5 minutes after ordering it. Steers is my favourite take away restaurant chain, and for as long as I receive good quality (which I regularly get from most of the Steers outlets I visit, including my local franchise in Potchefstroom) and value for my money, I shall continue to support the Steers franchise group.
