HORRIBLE SERVICE

I popped into the KFC on Heugh road, Walmer on the 2nd December 2013 and i regret ever turning into that outlet.

The lady on the till had such a bad attitude and had no clue what she was doing.

She was impatient and irritable when i asked her to explain the different options of the meals.

She got my order wrong and even forgot to pack some of the items that i ordered.

After more than 15 minutes of waiting for my order, i had to still wait for ketch-up to be drawn from the back store room.

Even the couple next to me commented on her attitude and asked her to be a little more friendly to them while she took their order, which by the way was also wrong. They had to call the supervisor to complain, i just took my food and left.

What happened to the famous KFC that we were once proud of???

One thing for sure i will never set my foot there again
