Fingers in food to see if food is warm

I previously bought take a ways from the the same outlet in Atlas Road, the service was pathetic and I complained about it. Me and my fiance was in the area and decided to get some take a ways from the same outlet thinking that after the previous situation they would have sharpened their service. I ordered 2 starter livers and 2 spicy rice and chicken strips. After a wait of 20 minutes the food still was not ready. I then noticed the one female at the back where they prepare the food remove the container with the rice from the microwave and then stick her finger into the rice this without even a glove on. I insisted om my money back and went to the Eastrand Mall outlet, placed the same order. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say I will never set foot in the Atlas Road outlet. Who knows what diseases this woman might have and then she wants to transfer that to me by sticking her finger in my food. I phoned Nico the manager and after a paltry excuse offered to remake the order, suffice to say that that was unacceptable as this outlet poses a health risk and should be closed down
