Bad Attitude

We got there to buy food and a lady by the name of Ntokozo was "serving" us however the attitude of the lady was horrible to say the least, While I was placing the order she told me to wait she never waited for my response, went wherever where she was going.

When she got back to me she got the order wrong, i asked for her manager she told me she was the manager and didn't want to give me the customer care number and her surname, Finally got the number from one of the boards in the store and i called and reported the incident and I was told I will get feedback within 48 hours which am still waiting for.

at some point the real manager came and assisted us, However I feel the matter should still be attended to accordingly.
