KFC IN GENERAL

We visited KFC in Jacaranda Shopping Centre on Friday, 31st May 2013 around 21 H 30. In the first place was the music in the store so loud, the attended who took our order couldn't hear us, we had to repeat it twice. There were other people sitting down eating and complained about the loudness of the music as well. When our order finally arrived, guess what, wrong food, there excuse, they don't have fully loaded box meal available, what!!! Really pathetic!!! We received instead two of the new meals on your menu, I asked to speak to the manager, to complain firstly about the music, and the wrong order, of which she informed me very rudely, she is allowed to play music in her store and as loud as she wishes!! I was at that stage to angry about her attitude and the manner in which she approached me that I just took the food and left. But I can promise you that I will never ever set foot in that shop again, this is not the first time that we encounter problems, firstly with the personals attitude or wrong orders that is taken. In the first place they can hardly speak English let alone Afrikaans, which is one of the eleven official languages in South Africa, I have a right to
