No more spur for me

I have been going the Santa Rosa spur since I was a young child but never again! Today I received the most shocking service from the once welcoming staff, i had ordered two full portions of nachos via phone call, to my displeasure I arrived to find that the lady who received my order heard me say baffolo wings instead of my order of nachos. She then argued with me insisting i had said buffalo wings instead of nachos in an attempt to diffuse the situation in offered to pay half of the buffalo order and my nachos order in full she refused (the only professionalism I experienced) i then returned to my car and waited for my nachos, after 10 minutes I returned to fetch my order payed my bill and left a 40 rand tip, I returned to my home (5min drive) and discovered my nachos were not even remotely warm and the cheese topping my food was barely melted! I am truly disgusted and will never ever return to that spur again, I will much rather drive to the spur branch located in reds mall (which is a full 20min drive away) where I receive service with a smile and do NOT receive the horrible experience I did today, for the sake of other customers please sort that branch ou!
