Food quality poor, not fixed after complains

My wife and I went to West Peak Spur at Westgate this evening.
The food took a very long time to be delivered to the table after the order was placed.
When it arrived the food was cold and Nachos were soggy.
I called a manager to complain, he took the plates to resolve the situation.
Ten minutes later the food was brought back to the table reheated.
The Nachos were not replaced, just reheated so just as soggy as before.
When I objected, he then asked for an opportunity to rectify the situation but I refused because he had already been given a chance to rectify the situation.
I insisted he bring me the bill for our drinks but he insisted on rectifying the situation.
We eventually left without paying for the drinks and only leaving our details.
I will not be returning.
