Atrocious Service

So my lady and i went to spur last night and there were very few people at the time and lots of staff. The guy came to serve us didn't even introduce himself to us, we ordered drinks and soon after we ordered our food which was a full portion of nachos and a double cheddar melt burger. The guy brought place mats but no cutlery and just before the cheddar melt burger came he brought cutlery and the guy said 1 more minute for my nachos to come, i then waited for 10 minutes and no nachos, then one of the managers walked past and could see i wasn't very happy and he went to fetch it for me and was very apologetic etc and promised me a ice cream that never came. So it took all of There were 2 young guys opposite us that got food with no cutlery and the guy had to actually ask for knives and forks. A all round poor performance from the staff.

Quinton the area manager and Firoz the kitchen manager needs to coach these staff members on service delivery
