Late/Bad Attitude

I am disgusted with the services received at the KFC in Westgate Mall, I placed an order at 20:15pm to only get my food at 20:50pm, does KFC not have a Service Level Achievement, to top it off I asked the cashier why its taking so long and she had a bad attitude, how to treat your customers I thought? Once the order was completed she practically threw the burger in the box, I was way to angry to even get a name of this particular employee, I too serve customers on a daily basis and I won't tolerate this poor services!!
