Spur is becoming like an informal take away

The family and i went to spur 13/12/13 for a nice family supper were taken to our table were we ordered the following festive menu 3 x 1 nachos hot with spicy beef strips 2x smiley meals for the kids and the 400g ribs received the nachos and the smileys first then 15 mins later the snails for the festive option and then 7 mins later the ribs however they looked like they were just boiled and braised with sauce i had finished the nachos (dry as note) and the step daughter finished her boiled ribs but no main meal for the wife she had to wait 20 mins after we have finished to get her food the prawns were crispy over cooked we were so upset that we asked for the bill wow wait 30 mins to even get in so we stood up and went to the front counter to pay as we were table 58 i payed my R683.52 for the bill and told the cashier this is the last that spur will ever see our family as its been a absolute waste of time and money she then said thank you and worst of all my two kids did not even get there toys disgusting service i have had stomach aches the whole night as well as the family thank you spur for selling rancid food you wasted my hard earned money.
