Substituting cheaper ingrediants

I am very disappointed in the quality of the nachos, previously always a favorite of mine, but noticed that they no longer accompany the nachos with salsa, sour cream inside dishes, instead they just add chuncky cottage cheese and a type of uncooked pasta sauce to the nachos. These substitutes are done to make the dish cheaper and easier to make, subsequently taking away a lot of the taste of what is expected from nachos. while still charging a price of 70 rand where you expect quality ingredients. Also, I ordered a bottomless coffee, I was there for 2hours and only was able to refill it once as the waitress was absentee and once I had asked for a refill it took over 30minutes for me to get it. It also took over half an hour for her to bring our bill, which left use very unsatisfied with the quality and service of a franchise that I have been a loyal supporter of since I was a child. The care for customer and satisfaction has dropped drastically
