Poor service

I have never in my life nor my experience seen such a pathetic, yet trivial service from Nandos Hammanskraal, i don't know whether it is because its a branch in a location or what... Every order requested comes wrong, ie, u order mild they bring extra hot, u request delivery, they deliver 2.5 hours later without informing a customer if there is/will be something keeping them.
I don't know if staff is not happy or they just don't understand what service itself mean. Please up your game, this is total unacceptable
