Late delivery and bad attitude

Poor customer service actually pathetic yesterday a few of us from standards bank ordered food from nandos the services was if they had been doing us a favor food was ordered at 10:48am and arrived at 1pm cold and tasteless the contact person on dutie yesterday that took our order was useless so was the delivery guy *brian* gave us a long story of how he went out looking for change this is unacceptable and i would like to make it aware to the public maybe nandos can up there game and delivery services
