Ordered HOT n got mild n Blend!!

I ordered a hot giblets n hot liver n was given a mild n blend products. Phoned bck 2 complain and I was told 2 bring it back and I will get I new order and something extra, went to the store 2 get the replaced order and the manger told me" this is how we make our HOT giblets, the sauces we use are diffident". So then he turned around n said he wil had more sauce 2 the order n "re heat" it up 4 me, like what the!! You said replacing the order!! That's is u say HOT but u give a mild product that's not even spicy!!! I wil never eat in your store again!!! 1 very angry customer!!!
