No delivery

Hi i placed an order with Nandos Parktown at 10:15am. After taking my order and confirming it with an sms i requested that my meal be sent at 11:55 as i was attending a meeting. Well after calling them 4 times already and no sucess I'm disgusted that after 2 1/2 hours of placing my order well before time i dont have any lunch.
Absolutely pathetic and no one even calling me back after they promised that they will
Never again Nandos. Really no customer courtesy. the time now is 12h50pm.
