Still waiting for a response after 2 weeks

I called and complained as well as logged a call on the customer careline website, still no response, I still kept the half eaten burger which I plan to drop off at the store. when do you plan to respond and why am I constantly chasing after you to resolve this?? You are wasting my time!!
