Can't help you is what Thandeka said when we asked her where's our food when we saw our order been flung aside. We support Nandos every week and are used to good service so on the Saturday evening before the game we decided to eat at our favorite restaurant. We placed our usual order with Thandeka and she said we should take a seat as the food will be delivered to us. 1 hour and 32 minutes later, we where stil hungry and getting late for the game. Is this how you treat your loyal customers??? We will understand if the outlet was busy but at the time we placed our order there was only one customer before us. Nandos needs to ensure that professional employees deal with customers otherwise you will loose customers for life. Really put off from eating at your Suncoast branch again.
