Bad service and non delivery

I now understand why all my friends refuse to visit Mcdonalds in Fourways! Last night at 20h30, stopped at the drive thru to place an order. Megan was on the speaker, i could not hear a single word she was saying, not because of noise, but because she cannot speak english or afrikaans! The conversation was so bad that i was unable to complete my order at the microphone! I drove to the first window to order properly and pay, only to find out that Megan had no idea what she was doing, she was unable to take my order, again due to miscommunication, she was referring to my meal as a "mail"! I called the manager who refused to provide his name, he told me to go park in the grill bay and he would come speak to me there. I waited for 10min and he didnt pitch, i left the premises and went elsewhere, only to find out all the other vendors had just closed. So because mcd's wasted so much time, my family didnt have dinner, well done Mcdonalds, big up to you, now go back to America!!!
