To Whom It May Concern,

I am extremely disappointed in the service that we received from Ocean Basket on Sunday, the 24th of February 2013, at the branch in Swakopmund, Namibia. I phoned in the morning, to book a table and spoke to a gentlemen called Phillip. He informed me, that hey do not do bookings, the restaurant is not full and I can just come to Ocean Basket. I then explained to him, that we would still like to book a table, since it was nice and sunny weather and we would like to sit outside and I know the space outside is limited.

We went as a group of 6 adults and one child to ocean basket, for lunch yesterday. First we had to wait 30 minutes, for our wine that we ordered and for the waitress to inform us, that the Chardonnay that we ordered is out of stock. When one of our guests asked Helena, our waitress, what line fish are available, she mentioned that the line fish is out of stock as well as the angel fish. This was the first clear indication, that the waitress has no idea the products she is selling, at Ocean Basket and has little knowledge of her menu. I ordered calamari heads with my main course and Helena, our waitress informed me that the calamari
