Ocean Basket
Bad Service

Yesterday we went to Umhlanga Ocean Basket and we were served by an Indian man. On arrival the table cloth was very dirty and you could even see the marks. We requested a paper to be inserted on the table because it was really disgusting. He told us that there are no ocean busket papers to put on the table and were demanded the paper and he eventually gave it to us. We ordered platter for two and the waiter told us that there are no chips!!! How can ocean busket have no chips!!! We demanded the chips and eventually he gave us chips... He had an attitude when it came to serving us. Even when I orded a wine he told me something which I was not happy. The whole service was terrible. We even regreted driving all the way to the Mall. We never enjoyed the food at all.
