Complete lack interest or work ethic

There are so many people out of work and desperate for jobs so why are the staff at McDonald's in Craighall still employed, is there a Manager there, do these people want to work? This branch on my route to work and I sometimes stope for a cuppacino, on EVERY SINGLE occasion, there had been some issue causing a delay or problem. This morning was the absolute last straw... when you ask to see a Manager, there is "no Manager".. I have never used this site before, I am not a complainer but this place "takes the cake", I don't see how it will last - KFC is 2 blocks away and an absolute pleasure to visit. Thanks for nothing McDonalds, we certainly don't need you, there are many others, thank you!
