Disgusting Hygenic conditions

The first time I went to the McDonald's in Greenstone I was horrified to see that the kitchen was not only in a state of chaos with it's employees but the state of the kitchen itself was an absolute disgusting sight. Food was lying all over the floor, it looked as if the kitchen had not had a sweep or a clean in weeks. The McFlurry filling was all over the machine, lettuce, cheese, sauce all over the floor etc. Although I should have complained to the manager at the initial visit in this condition I didn't say anything. Since I have been back there I have generally used the drive-through but in the last month I have been there 2 times again inside and both times were the exact same. To the point that I have actually taken the time to raise a complaint on this as firstly, I think that the Regional office is probably not aware of this; secondaly, clearly the employees are not doing their jobs as employed to do; thirdly, from a hygienic point of view, this is far from what is expected from a massive franchise such as McDonalds; fourthly, I have worked in the UK at a McD's and if we had kept our store in this fashion we would have all lost our jobs. Disgusting.
