LACK OF MANAGEMET SKILL AND SERVICE DELIVERY

On friday 23/082013i took my niece to celebrate her birthday at mcdonalds in protea glen mall. enquired about the price earlier and was advised that it will cost 450.00 including the cake.. to my shock there was no cake, the person in charge decorated when the kids got there, i got there a bit late and when i asked for the manager to discuss the cake issue, he came with attitude to say he can't help me.said i must come fetch the cake on the28th. i drove from cresta where i wek (there is a mcdonalds too) to soweto cos most of my niece's frends r located there n i was told i must use more petrol 2 come fetch the cake. the manager didn't apologise didn't offer anything to atleast calm our kids down, as we all know that birthday means cake for kids especially 6yearolds. really mcdonalds has always been my children's favourite place2 eat at but after the shock of the manager who kept saying he can"t he shifted resposibilty.didn't offer 2deliver he cake didn'y offer 2reemburse. really such a big store (foodplace) toreally hire such an incompetent person to run it for you?? or is it because its in soweto??? he did not even care that my bithday gal was crying.didnot even act as a parent
