Really Bad Service

We work in the Hospital across from McDonald's and go there every morning for coffee / breakfast, and the service over the past couple of months have been shocking, they treat their customers like absolute dirt and the coffee / food takes forever and is ice cold or SO oily when you get it, there are hobo's outside begging and its dirty inside and when you want to complain to the Manager they laugh and act like they are the manager.
The staff don't greet you when you walk in, you get the feeling like they are doing YOU a favour, WAKE UP - we are paying YOUR salary and some politeness and something called GOOD service IS expected from you the worker!!!

Will NOT be going back there!!!
