Bad Attitude and Service

24 Hour Mcdonalds - problem with their service. Waited a while before one was served. The staff attitude needs attention. McDonald's (R) level of commitment DOES NOT EXIST!!! Despite complaints nothing is done about it.
Asked to Speak to the Manager who was not VISIBLE... Staff member LIZZY had a don't care attitude.
CAN SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! WE NEED SERVICE AND Service oriented ATTITUDE IF YOU WANNA MAKE US "Loving IT "!!!..
