SHOULD THE CUSTOMER BE THE MANAGER AS WELL???

On 30 Sept we went to buy McDonalds for lunch we ordered to big mac meals LARGE they gave us the large cool drinks and the burgers with MEDIUM chips. Since when is it the customers job to check up on McDonalds staff that they are doing their work correctly
