50min Wait!

I orderd 1 Family feast on the 31st of October 2013 at 08:15 at the drive through. They told me I needed to wait 10min for the chicken which was acceptable. 4 customers infront of me climbed out of their cars to enquire what was taking them 20min. After 50 min I went in to cancel my order because I had enough of their excuses that the board was malfunctioning. Pathetic!
