Bad service at drive thru

After a long day at work and traffic jam, my wife and I stopped at KFC in Eerste River to buy supper. At that time the drive thru only had 3 customers to serve and I then placed my order when it was my turn. We stood there for about 5-10 mins before we the lady took our order. I ordered the family treat as I always do with 3 sides, however there was a note on the window that the zinger wings were out of stock due to supplier shortages. I then asked her whether there would be a replacement for that and she said no. I then chose the 2 krushers in the place of the zinger wings and also there were no krushers (No alternatives were oferred). Annoyed already I told her to cancel the order and rather give me the family feast and a snackburger for my 3 year old son. Still in the queue and waited for another 10- 20 mins as there were still 2 vehicles waiting for their orders. When I eventually got my order, to my surprise they gave me the streetwise 5 and a snackburger which they forgot to add, however, then took it out of another customer's order. I then told them to rather give the food so I can go. No apology for the long wait, no greeting and no smiles, Pathetic service!
