Worst Experience

We went to KFC to get some supper for the family. The assistant was very friendly and helpful but clearly new. I ordered the 8pc Family Feast. For the 3 sides we had the snack burgers x3. I also ordered 8 pieces of Zinger Wings. First 4 and then another 4. I was told that there's a 15min waiting period for chicken so we waited. After 15min we are called to the counter to collect our order. While packing the order, the assistant discovers that they're out of wings too to which we're told that there's a 10min wait. How in heaven's name do you manage to notice that you're out of chicken but not out of wings? Anyway, as we're not prepared to wait, they give us 4 wings and refund us for the other 4. I notified the manager of how upset I was. I took my stuff and left. So I get home and started unpacking our stuff only to find that THEY DID NOT PACK IN THE CHIPS!! There was no way that I was going to drive all the way back just for chips. This was truly a horrific experience!!
